Latest Lifestraws update

by Sue Pomeroy in donate

that we now have the funds to buy 69 Individual Lifestraws and 20 Family units. This gives us the ability to provide the orphanage with the equivalent of 429,000 litres of clean water.

This is a fantastic response and we really appreciate the support by the students at Wye Valley and their families, members of Bourne End and Cookham Rotary Club and other friends of our project.

Carrington Junior School have also said they would like to be involved and we are looking forward to hearing about their contribution to our challenge.

The closing date for donations is the 28th June and we would love to achieve a total of the equivalent of  half a million litres of clean water. If you would like to help us and haven’t made your donation yet please contact Mrs Pomeroy at [email protected] with your details.
